Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales are final. Scaled does not offer refunds for any subscription payments — monthly or annual — under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Accidental purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Account suspension due to a violation of our Terms of Use

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing and select "Cancel subscription."

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@scaledguitar.com and we will investigate. Billing errors are handled on a case-by-case basis and are the only exception to this policy.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment details.
