Scaled is an interactive guitar theory web application that provides fretboard visualization, scale mapping, chord identification, and music theory tools. The content and tools provided are for educational and personal use only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any music theory information presented.

Scaled Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, whether monthly or annual, for any reason including but not limited to partial use, dissatisfaction, or accidental purchase. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

The Scaled name, logo, design, code, and content are the property of Scaled and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Content you create within the app (saved scales, projects) remains yours.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scaled and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
